Can I return or exchange my purchase?
We have a 30-day return/exchange policy. To be eligible for a return with full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Or you've received defective item(s) and send us pictures or videos for proof.
If your return is not due to defective item(s), we may charge a restocking fee (up to 20% of your purchase price) depending on the returned items' conditions after our inspection.

How do you ship?
We ship worldwide with reputable carriers. Please check your shopping cart for estimated shipping & handing time. If your shipment country is not the US or China where our warehouses locate, you will be responsble for any customs clearance fee.
How do I track my order?
You will get notification about the order status through email.
When can I expect my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
