Hi!
Disclaimer: this is the very first robotics-related project for me, so I may not use the correct terms for things, but I will try my best to explain.
I looked at all available videos related to the battery holder bit assembly, and didn't see these separators (highlighted in blue) in the battery holder. They prevent me from applying enough force to push the rivets into the first and fourth hole from the left. In fact, I'm not entirely sure the rivets fit through these holes. So, two questions:
Should I just break and tear these separators out?
Should I try to force the rivets through with a hammer or should pushing hard with my fingers be enough after I remove the separators?
Thanks!

Hi, you can break these separators with your fingers. They should crack easily and leave a clean surface to let the rivets go through.
Hi, thank you so much for a quick response, Rongzhong! You're the best. Will try this now.
@Ana Shevchenko When pushing in the rivet, you can take the long screws through them to guide the direction.
@Rongzhong Li The rivets went in like magic. I mostly wanted some reassurance I'm not breaking anything essential, and you've given it to me.
Thanks! Keep up the good work -- and don't forget to rest -- with how quickly you respond to questions on this forum, I'm starting to wonder if you ever sleep (-:
