Recently, I was interviewed on robotics technology making an important positive social impact and the roles of companion robots in human being's overall wellness:
"We believe robots can fill in the role of being companions to humans. Robot pets can be particularly effective as they can re-assemble pet-like behaviors and interactivity. Cute pet-like robots look less intimating than other forms of robots."
I also shared my childhood stories and how I've developed programmable quadruped robot dogs and cats by combing skills from science, mathematics, engineering, and art.
