Words cannot explain the experience 5 years after I bought it I messaged the guy for help and he replied within 30 mins. Absolutely amazing
I recently encountered a problem with my Bittle X related to the failure of a fuse on the Biboard v2. I contacted customer service, and they responded very quickly, in fact in the middle of their night. I was asked to send a video of the robot behavior, and from that the board problem was quickly solved. I was then offered a new board free of charge, and it was shipped to my home in Rhode Island from California. After a total delay of only 4 days, I installed the new board and everything worked fine.
I cannot say enough good things about the fast, friendly and responsive technical customer service. The problem was correctly diagnosed within 24 hours and there was not a moments hesitation in offering a replacement board free.

My son, 12, loves his Bittle. As a high level beginner at robotics, we felt Bittle would be a great way to help him advance his skills, and we were right. There are so many things to do with Bittle, from beginner to more advanced, and the learning is fun! We also found support to be eager & willing to help with any issues, and were genuinely interested in how my son was enjoying his robot. Excellent product and staff!
My son, 14, loves his Bittle. He plays with it with our dog Libby (who thinks it’s another real dog and gets jealous!).
Afterwards year, we dropped the Bittle one two many times, however, and we damaged it. I reached out and Kai and Junfeng not only shipped us a new, updated board but also some parts for free. Customer service has been the best - with Kai checking on the order every step of the way. I ended up getting a second robot as well. One of the best experiences I’ve had dealing with a company.
Bittle is an amazing playground for those who are interested in coding and robotics. It’s a real first step in consumer based robots. I’ve had mine for over a year now and it still works perfectly.
Now that it can recognize voice, I've grown to love it even more.

The Nybble Q is more stable than the original Nybble as the weight distribution seems to be better balanced and the servos appear to be more responsive. The walking gait is successful even on low pile area rugs. The 3D printed body is a more finished look, though the original wooden robot does look like a cool science experiment. The four touch sensors provide additional fun interactivity with the robot. The servos now have feedback for positioning. The BiBoard V1 is a great improvement over the Nyboard. There is more than sufficient memory to compile the full program, and with the independent serial ports, both the voice and ultrasonic are active. Using the app via Bluetooth can easily switch between ultrasonic and voice. I was so impressed with the NYbble Q that I upgraded the original Nybble with the BiBoard V1, and have both the older and newer cats using the same C++ code (with the Nybble Q having the advantage of better movement stability, servo feedback, and the back touch sensors). Overall a great upgrade for this robot cat. And support continues to be first rate and extremely responsive from the Petoi team.
I purchased the Bittle robot dog for my grandson's eleventh birthday. He has been taking robotics classes after school for the past two years. He built and programmed the robot in a day as he was so excited to receive the gift. He remarked "This is a good present. thank you" He wakes up in the morning and plays with it and after school the same thing. He loves it, takes it with him to show family all the possibilities. A great gift indeed.
I found the people at petoi willing and anxious to help and accommodate. I have difficulty using and calibrating and I find the instructions difficult to follow.
I am currently trying to navigate the different activities available and intend to follow up with many more future purchases. I have to do more practicing and I may have further comments
I recently upgraded Nybble with the BiBoard, and it is an excellent upgrade. I did have to do some modifications to the frame to mount the board so the USB port is accessible. It is more convenient not having to use dongles for Bluetooth, USB, and voice. And the expanded memory allows for the gyro to be active while using the ultrasonic or voice modes. Also can just switch modes without having to edit and compile as with the Nyboard. Well worth the effort and cost.
Bittle X is well made and sturdy and has a powerful open-source software behind it which was one of the first reasons I decided to purchase it. The capability and quality you get with Bittle far exceeds its price and we have been very happy with our purchase. Most importantly, Petoi support has been greatly responsive which has been invaluable. Highly recommend!

I like the product very much. I also like the philosophy and dedication of the team to make everything open-source. This enabled me to use Bittle in a custom way and build many things with it. Currently, I am using it for a research project, and things are going very well. The Petoi team is very responsive to my questions and provides me with great support. I highly recommend their product.
This is my new favorite thing! It's incredibly easy to program in new commands and make additions to Bittle X. Support is fast - and most issues take mere minutes to resolve - for example support helped me integrate the voice module reset command into the phone app, so that I can reset the voice module in a few seconds from my phone, which makes switching between languages a breeze! This bot can withstand an incredible amount of force and is very sturdy. It's incredibly cute, and a huge hit at my workplace, since the machine learning capabilities allow it to interact with everyone, learn their voices, and act autonomously. Very easy to assemble and disassemble! This is one of my favorite purchases this year.
Supportive team. Mr. Li gave us time several times to fix calibration and other setup issues. My son learned a lot.

This is a mini robot dog equipped with various sensors. It brings lots of fun for kids to learn the basics of robotics control and programming. It is extensible and new tricks can be programed. Great values and very friendly support.

This robot cat is unique in that it is constructed of wood. Assembled without issues, and there is a large amount of on-line documentation that is very helpful. When you get it wandering around with additional coding, it really is a cute “cat” and the included instincts are good simulations. I am impressed by the responsiveness of Petoi tech support, with e-mails answered the same day and thorough assistance including video calls. I was not previously familiar with Petoi but Nybble looked very promising so figured I would take a chance. Glad I did.
