Biboard v0.1 on Nybble

Overall a well designed board. Could not yet test all the features of the board but it does have plenty of space for skills, is very stable even on rough power drops (btw. the EEPROM is still being used for skills/calibration ?) has USB, bluetooth and IR connection. Also is very easy to configure using the mobile and desktop Apps. Easy to access reset button, speaker, many free conveniently placed ports to interface with etc.
When i tried it on my old Nybble frame i found out that the frame does not fit it and the wooden frame needs a bit adjustment. My setup (probably using one of the first Nyboards) has 2 x 18650 LiIon batteries which also should power a Raspberry pi A+ on top of the Biboard/Nyboard. Now my servos, over the time :) are no longer all HV like the original ones and 8.4V is too much for a standard servo to handle. So what i would still need is a way to reduce the voltage and limit the current for the servos (which is what I initially did by bypassing the old Nyboard) so that the battery does not drop ever below 5.5v (or the min of the biboard/raspberry).

BiBoard V1

I like the board a lot. It works very well. I am using it with the Arduino interface. It would be beneficial if the P17 ports were already in the correct orientation to place a Raspberry Pi on top. I am using a Raspberry Pi 3A+. I think I will have to instead use some wiring to get it done. Otherwise the board is great. The speaker is a bit loud, maybe I can find a software solution to make it more quiet.

Great Upgrade!

I upgrade from the NyBoard and it was well worth it. With the bluetooth, wifi, and uploading being built into the board it makes things a bit easier. Having more memory means there is no longer a need to comment out things for the IR remote because of space. I also purchase the voice control hat for the BiBoard and it brings things to the next level! Being able to just speak and have things happen is great. There are a few commands I didn't know existed, my new favorite is "angry" where he lays down and beats his paw! Too funny! This new board defiantly opens up even more development options and if you are like me the only ting to hold you back will be finding the time!
